QUICK & EASY RETURNS POLICY
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. Please see below for more information on Haus of Helin's returns policy.
All returns must be posted within fourteen days (14) of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the same condition that they were sent, with any original tags/labels still attached.
Please note, any items marked as defective have been heavily discounted and cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, underwear and pierced jewellery (e.g. earrings) cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com and include both the order number of the item(s) to be returned, as well as the reason for return. You will then be given the London return address. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective (and was not listed as such when purchased.) We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to post your return. If your purchase arrived defective, please also include a few photos of the defect in your email.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 3 – 5 working days after we receive the item(s) for your refund to reach your account.
